We are seeking a highly motivated Landscaping Supervisor for our Installation Division. Our Landscaping Supervisor will be responsible for leading crew members on complex landscape projects including hardscapes, water features, lighting, kitchens, firepits and softscapes. We offer an hourly rate of $23 - $30 per hour based on leadership experience. With the opportunity to earn overtime, snow pay, job commissions and profit sharing, there is income potential of over $80,000/year. Requirements for our Landscaping Supervisor:

  • 1+ years’ experience leading a landscaping crew of 1-2+ crew members, preferably in installation and production;
  • 3+ years’ experience in landscape installation projects & landscape production work;
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and landscape designs;
  • CDL Class-A license is preferred; ability to obtain one within 60-90 days from start is required;
  • Experience operating all equipment required for landscape install projects, including truck/trailer combinations;
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required. 

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Supervisor include:

  • Working alongside crew members to complete landscape installations efficiently and effectively; 
  • Supervising crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality landscape installations;
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and project specifications for accurate execution; 
  • Coordinating material deliveries and job site logistics to keep projects on schedule;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards to prevent accidents; 
  • Communicating with clients, project managers, and team members to address concerns and updates.
