We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Manager to join our team in a critical leadership role as part of our General Manager’s leadership team. Our Landscaping Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Landscape Maintenance Division, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service delivery, and a positive team environment. They will also oversee our snow removal operations during the winter months. Our Landscaping Manager will be a strong leader with a proven ability to manage teams, implement efficient processes, and solve problems proactively. We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus potential bonus, a benefits package, and a company vehicle. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm with flexibility needed in the winter months. 

Requirements for our Landscaping Manager - Maintenance Division:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the landscape industry;
  • Experience with snow removal operations, including subcontractor management and logistics;
  • Experience working with technology and data management systems, including LMN, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams;
  • Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to process improvement;
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve problems;
  • Solid understanding of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and fall cleanups;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships;
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Manager - Maintenance Division include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Landscape Maintenance division, overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees;
  • Manage all aspects of landscape maintenance operations, including mowing, garden bed maintenance, irrigation, fertilization and weed control, fall and spring cleanup;
  • Oversee all snow removal operations;
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality;
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure high standards of service;
  • Create and manage schedules and routes to maximize efficiency;
  • Generate and analyze weekly production and efficiency reports;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors;
  • Utilize data for decision-making and to analyze key performance indicators;
  • Manage and maintain key equipment for the division;
  • Use LMN (Landscape Management Network) software effectively for scheduling, routing, and data management.
