About Us

HB 4685, HB 4686, HB 4687 would make several amendments to laws regarding landscape architects.
•    Remove the requirement for landscape architects to be licensed in the state.
•    Remove the associated licensure fee for landscape architects.
•    Revise language in a section of law dealing with construction contracts to reflect the previous two changes listed above for landscape architects.
The bills were referred to the House Regulatory Reform Committee and MNLA is working with the sponsors for a positive outcome.
