The Executive Board and I are very excited to get to work for the members of the newly formed Northern Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association (NMNLA). We are looking forward to hearing from our members to help us establish our focus as we begin our journey together.
As a group we are keenly aware that many of the struggles we all face in Northern Michigan are unique to our area. We will be looking to determine the issues that are of the greatest concern to all of you, and to formulate a plan of action that can help us overcome these obstacles.
We want to cultivate an environment that will encourage growth, learning and build relationships among our peers. Quite simply, it is our desire to help our members grow and improve. This will require us to work together, offer ideas, and suggestions, and be willing to really listen to one another. As we grow as individuals, so will we improve our prospective companies, and ultimately strengthen our industry as a whole.
We look forward to working with our members in the coming months to provide a brighter path forward for everyone.
