Job Summary
As the Landscape Maintenance contractor for the new Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, Professional Grounds Services is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Horticulturist to support the care and enhancement of the native campus landscape. This role assists in cultivating and maintaining diverse plant life throughout the property, with an emphasis on Michigan native plants, grasses, and weed management practices that support local biodiversity and sustainable landscapes.

Working closely with the Horticulturist and landscape team, this position will help ensure the health, appearance, and long-term success of the WHQ Oak Savannah landscape while gaining valuable experience in ecological and horticultural best practices.

Work Environment
This position involves a blend of outdoor field work and limited administrative responsibilities. The role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and adaptability to Michigan's weather conditions and seasonal demands, including participation in snow removal operations when needed.
