The Hemlock Woolly Adelgid Nursery Program Facility Compliance Agreement was developed in conjunction with the industry and is issued by the MDARD. It specifies treatments and other phytosanitary measures to mitigate the risk of spread of HWA. This compliance agreement can be obtained by contacting your MDARD inspector.
