Legislation & Compliance Center

At the Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association we know that owning and managing a business is not an easy task. Second only to the weather, we recognize that Government Regulation impacts your business more than anything else. This Compliance Center was created as a resource for our members to inform and keep you current on State and National legislation and regulations that are relevant to your Green Industry business.

As the voice of Michigan’s Green Industry, the Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association is the lead organization shaping public policies that benefit Michigan’s Green Industry. Through professional staff, the MNLA Board of Directors, two lobbyist firms, and our national partnerships, MNLA works hard to protect your interests before Legislators and Regulators at our State Capitol and in Washington, D.C.

For questions or more information on anything in the Compliance Center please contact Amy Frankmann at either (517) 381-0437 or Email Amy Frankmann.
