Most landscape business owners have no idea what their business is worth, whether they’re just getting started or looking to sell soon. Nor do they know how to determine the value of the business. Yet knowing the value of your business, and understanding the steps needed to increase its value are critical for the growth and health of the business. This workshop will help  business owners learn the value of their business today and what tools and best practices can be implemented immediately to help increase its value, making the business more profitable and attractive to potential buyers either now or in the future. Owners will be required to bring operations and financial information with them and be able to use this information to build an
accurate picture of the current state of their business. Attendees will receive instruction and best practices that address their own situations, develop their thoughts on paper, and discuss as a group.
