Nursery/Retail/Dealer Inspections
Effective April 24, 2012, Public Act 189 was amended as it relates to nursery, retail, and dealer inspections and licenses. The PDF attachments below contain information on what you need to know to be in compliance.
Based on an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Fiscal Year 2012, the Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development (the Commission) recently approved an adjustment in nursery, Christmas tree, export, and import inspection fees. Click Here to read more.
