Pest and Disease Diagnostic Tour - Applewood Estate

Attendees will be taken on a hands-on walking tour that focuses on ornamental landscape and turfgrass pests and diseases. This class will benefit those wanting to improve their abilities to diagnose landscape issues. 2 MDARD Pesticide Recertification credits have been approved for Priv. & Comm. Core, 3A, 3B, or 6.

Cost: MNLA Member - $20; Non-Member - $30

Registration for the workshop will begin at 5:30pm. If you haven't pre-registered, sign up on-site! The workshop will start at 6pm.

We will provide drinks and snacks for you on the evening of the workshop. Remember to bring a camera and a notepad/clipboard for making notes on the tour.

Driving/Parking Directions:
Applewood is located east of downtown Flint, between the Flint Cultural Center and Mott Community College.  From I-475, take exit 8A to Robert T. Longway Blvd. Drive east on Longway Blvd. and turn right just beyond the first traffic light. Main parking is in the Applewood Parking Lot.  Look for the entrance sign at the light where Kearsley St. meets Longway Blvd. See parking map below.
